New Honolulu New Honolulu is the name given to the downtown of Honolulu, which was restored and repaired by the country of Ohana when it still was a fully functioning country and not a failed state summed in debt. New Honolulu was an attempt at recreating the architecture and glory of the Pre-War America but it never managed to do so. The buildings while newer and better than most of what can be found elsewhere, are quite simple and lacking in comparison. These buildings are simple yet functioning. It is overall safer and richer than the still ruinous parts of Honolulu but even here crime and shady things can be found, specially now that Ohana has become a poor country.	3	14	Wrong Place, Right Time [... Ground Zero During the Great War Hawaii was bombarded by hundreds of Nuclear Weapons. Thanks to several defensive measures most of these bombs exploded in mid-air, this ended creating several damaging shockwaves and releasing a lot of radiation but the damage wasn't as big as if it had impacted on ground. There was a point where three Nuclear bombs managed to land and explode after reaching the ground, this area has been designated as Ground Zero. It is the most damaged and radioactive area of all Honolulu and as the years passed it became a ghetto for Ghouls and the people who were too poor to live somewhere else.	1	1	Information about the Gro... Urban Ruins The Urban Ruins are all the neighbours and areas that were designed and built to host as many citizens as possible. In some of these building blocks there are also shops or other services but it is mostly empty houses. Industrial Ruins Way before the bombs fell Honolulu possessed a great industrial might, it was a technological powerhouse and stood out in many branches. It was in there were many miraculous technologies like cloning or advanced bionics were researched, designed, built and tested. Military Ruins Several concentration camps, bases, outposts and military warehouses can be found around Oahu, specially around the capital of Honolulu. Inside of them its normal to find the skeletal remains of soldiers and citizens that never managed to reach safety or confused robots that have been centuries without anybody issuing them an order. Sewers These Pre-War sewers connect all the neighbours and areas of Honolulu, some even go further and end in beaches or places far away. Many people attempted to survive the Great War by hiding in there but the sewers didn't proved to be a good refuge at all, if the people didn't die from the radiation they drowned when the following storms inundated the sewers. It is a place filled with skeletal corpses, mutant rats and Feral Ghouls. It is rumoured that there is a hidden lair somewhere in the Sewers, a sanctuary where thieves reunite to train orphans and street urchins into the art of thievery.	1	1	Information about the Sew... Port of Honolulu The Port of Honolulu is a busy place where ships of all origins and sizes dock to unload all their cargo, be it mutated fish or pre-war treasures. The local law enforcers of Honolulu aren't totally welcome in there so they avoid this place, which has made possible the creation of a Black Market were one can buy all kinds of items, people or services. Bank of Honolulu Since scavenging and adventuring has become a realistic way of life in the Post-War America a group of entrepreneurs built the Bank of Honolulu. A place that is ready to give great sums of caps to adventurers who might have found clues to treasures or might be behind some lucrative adventure. Of course, they don't give their money for free, they ask back all the money that they have lent with interests. The Market Located in an old parking built between the old ruins and New Honolulu, this market is where all the people, rich or poor, go to buy and cater all their needs. There are countless of tents and small shops built around the empty parking spots, there are even benches made from old car seats that have been placed to accommodate the people who need to rest between their chores. The shops open from 9 AM to 9 PM and during that time several guards will patrol ensuring that the law and peace is kept. According to the Ohanan law there are only four things that are illegal to buy and sell; Prostitution Services, Nuclear materials, Slaves and Chems.	1	1	Information about the Mar... The Queen’s Medical Center One of the few hospitals that remained unscathed from the nuclear holocaust. During the initial attack all of the doctors, nurses, visitors and a few patients attempted to run to safety but not everybody managed to survive. Several years passed until things calmed enough to allow Doctors and Nurses to return in there, when they did so they found several patients who were unable to run for their lives completely mummified or with bite marks around their flesh, human bite marks. Nowadays the Hospital has reopened and works normally, albeit with much less capacities and workers than it did before the war.
