Help Starting?

Hey, I'm a bit confused on how to start this. Do I post a character sheet somewhere or keep it on my computer and do the mods do the roles or do I? General help would be appreciated.

After learning how to write the character sheet you should start a new post and write your character up.

Even if the forum is under construction I could use your help, all advices, suggestions and ideas are totally welcome!
