Background story:
Descended from Australian soldiers deployed to hawaii to help combat the communist threat in the pacific, Webby has always been used as a scout since he was old enough to wield his Aug.

When Webby was 15 years old he fell asleep on guard duty under a bush, allowing a group of super mutants to walk straight into his family camp, it was a bloodbath-no survivors except for Webby who only survived due to it being dark and the bush covering his small frame.

For 15 years with the death of his family weighing on his conscious he wandered from one place to the next, not really knowing what to do or where to go.

Webby is 30 now and has made a few caps here and there scouting ahead for caravans and scavers, it doesn't pay well but he rarely has to fire his weapon and almost never ends up in a fight.

Interesting, would be perfect if the setting of this game was right after the bombs drop.
The current year in the setting is 2327, So I dont think a human could have survived sense 2077!
Maybe a race change to Ghoul would be better for you?

He is the descendent of the regiment, they exclusively bred between themselves originally the 3 Sqns A,B and C would breed with each other (to avoid inbreeding)but due to radiation (causing men to go sterile)and lack of females being born they began to die out untill only Webby was left.

Okay, so, you can either choose the AUG or the pistol, you can't have both. The defects need to be legitimate flaws your character has, not their sense of humor. The psychichal description needs to be much more detailed. Is Webby's mission all he is? What does he love? What does he fear? What will he do after he completes his mission?

Also, you can have Webby's heritage in the backstory but you need to have his actual life in there as well, not just how a certain group of people came to be.

I have an issue with your Psychical Description. You say he will do what it takes to survive with no regard to ethics, and likes to play fair and has a sense of honor... but will also cheat if that is what it takes to win. You are contradicting yourself. Playing fair and having a sense of honor means you have a belief in ethics.

You list his defects as what the character excels at (and doesn't) in a combat situation, that is not what the question is asking. It is asking what the character, who is supposed to be a human being, has as flaws. The flaws in their personality, in particular. No human on this Earth is perfect.

There are a variety of typos littered throughout this sheet. As an example, neuatral is incorrect, neutral is the correct way to spell the word. Proofreading your posts would be expected of you on the forum.
